Louise Mills' Critters workshop has to be the best photography workshop I've been on. Great location, small group and wonderful selection of critters to take photos of. Critters are well cared for and keepers very knowledgeable too.  Louise, was as ever, very helpful and fun, all in all a great event, thank you

Hi Louise, as I don’t use Facebook, I thought I’d email you in order to express my appreciation of Sunday’s course. My daughter and I found it extremely helpful, and after taking thousands of shots in auto focus, it is my intention not to use that mode, which largely leaves the resulting shots to chance , again!! The setting at Nottingham Uni was excellent , as was the fact that the group was small, enabling a lot of interaction and support from yourself. I felt that you structured the course really well starting with familiarisation of our dslr cameras, to the outdoor practical exercises. Also the analysis of our work was informative , well handled and encouraging. The subsequent emailed notes too, will gives us the springboard to taking our interest in photography to another level. Just a note to say a big thank you for today. It was a fantastic course, I learned loads of stuff.  It's fine to have a manual for a camera but to be honest it's only by doing a course like this where you truly get to know what it is capable of.  Also it's fine to sit in front of someone who has the technical knowledge, but can they get it across?  As Hilary said today, you put it into simple terms that we can understand and that makes things a lot easier.  

Anyway, thanks again and I will be on another course in the future.
