HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO EARN?

This clearly depends on the number, nature and variety of workshops that you are able to offer.  

HOW MUCH WILL THE FRANCHISE COST?

You will not have to make a massive investment, however the cost of a franchise will depend on the turnover history of the region you're purchasing. You will also pay 10%* of your ongoing turnover. We will be working closely with you to ensure that your franchise enjoys the same success as all our other regions.  Charges are quite low and payment terms can be discussed if you decide you wish to proceed.

HOW MANY WORKSHOPS WILL I BE RUNNING?

These are organised at your own convenience, but most are held at weekends.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

Ideally you should possess some or all of the following qualities & experience:

• entrepreneurial flair

• photography (either as a keen amateur or professional photographer with a good portfolio of images)

• teaching in a school or college or training in a commercial organisation

• sales or marketing

• running your own business

What are Going Digital Workshops?

Our one-day workshops offer photography training to leisure photographers, from 'Introduction to Photography' workshops for beginners or students with a new camera through themed workshops such as landscape and portrait photography, to more advanced subjects. Students numbers are kept low (not more than 10 people per tutor) to ensure that everyone benefits from personal tuition. A typical day includes:

• a presentation to set the scene for the day

• familiarising the students with the features of their camera that they will be using throughout the day

• two photography sessions

• a review of the students' photographs using a computer, projector and screen

• Scheduling workshops and booking suitable venues for your training (we will provide assistance in getting you started)

What's the minimum level of equipment that will be required?

• You will need a laptop computer, projector, and some software

• You must have a reliable vehicle

• You will need a small office area in your home
